Shamanic healing sessions create space to work with the spiritual, energetic, embodied and ancestral dimensions of an experience.

Depending on what is present, sessions may incorporate:

drumming • sound • energetic clearing • ritual • ancestral practice • guided inner work

There is no spiritual performance required.

You don't need to arrive with the right language or belief system.

We begin with what is actually happening.

Deep & Ancestral Work

When an hour isn't enough.

Some patterns have roots.

Deep Work is for experiences that need more space than a conventional reading or healing session.

This may include:

recurring life patterns
ancestral material
major transitions
spiritual emergence or unusual spiritual experiences
questions of identity and belonging
persistent emotional or symbolic material
periods of significant personal transformation

Sessions may draw from intuitive exploration, ancestral practice, shamanic approaches, ritual, sound, breath, symbolism and grounded integration.

We don't force an experience to fit a predetermined spiritual explanation.

We follow the thread and see where it actually leads.

Longer sessions are available depending on the nature of the work.

My approach is relational, grounded and collaborative.

I don't operate through guru relationships or spiritual hierarchy.

I won't automatically validate every spiritual interpretation simply because it sounds mystical.

Sometimes I'll ask another question.

Sometimes I'll challenge what you're seeing.

Sometimes I'll bring the conversation back to the body, relationships, behaviour or what is happening in ordinary life.

And sometimes I'll say:

I don't know.

I consider that an important part of ethical spiritual practice.

My role is not to become the authority over your life.

The work should bring you closer to your own.
